This is one of my absolute favorite looks, ever. I describe it as "grungey hipster". It like rebellious 90s high scool kid, meets modern day city hipster.The crop tank is work under the flannel, which is worn under the jacket. I imagine the flannel open, and loosely tied at the bottom!
